Beginner, Intermediate and All-Levels Classes
Areas of focus include rolling, falling (bumping), rope-running, and supporting another person’s body weight (posting). Beginners will concentrate on safety and technical application.
Time will be allowed for individual critiques from instructors.

Q: What kind of gear do I need to bring?
Athletic or Wrestling Shoes that will never be worn outside. Knee pads and elbow pads are not required for your first class, however you're going to want them ASAP!
Q: Do I need to have any experience?
No. The beginners class is designed to teach day-one fundamentals, so no prior experience is required.
Q: How long do I have to train before I can begin wrestling professionally?
The time frame is unique to the individual. We do not determine when one is ready to begin wrestling professionally, but coaches will gladly give feedback on what needs improvement and if they feel an individual is ready.
Q: Is there an age minimum to train?
Most of the coaches will allow high-school aged students on a case-by-case basis, with the consent of a parent or guardian. Please email us for more info!
Q: Is there a height/weight requirement?
No. Wrestlers come in all shapes and sizes from a variety of backgrounds. We are extremely excited to see more and more women in our Pro Wrestling ring!
Q: Is there an advanced class?
Typically, advanced students will organize time to practice with other advanced wrestlers, or attend training within individual productions (Lucha Libre Volcanica & 3-2-1 Battle!) To learn more about advanced classes and groups come meet the team!
